Received on November 7, 2008. Aside from Cody mentioning this site to his blog during his DWTS days, I was lucky enough to receive a box full of appreciation and thanks from Cody. The box includes a signed Team Cody & Julianne shirt w/ message, an autographed picture, a Cody folder, a box of chocolates and mints. A picture of the shirt with message is below:

There was also a message written at the back of the shirt that says "Your support is not overlooked. Thank u"

On January 20, 2009, I received a "Thank You card" from Cody.
